This was after comrades and I was expecting to be slow and feel drained – have a look at the run on strava!! I had no Gut issues at all on the higher-carb dose I used for the run."

Trail season is approaching - we are super excited to host a social fundraiser for the Inanda Trail Running club. All funds raised will go directly to the Inanda Trail Running Club.
From 5:30pm runners will run our 2.4km trail, timing themselves on Strava, choosing their fastest lap to enter the race😊 you can have multiple attempts at the loop with the final cut off taking place at 8pm.
Social fun time is the aim of this evening. Bring your family and the dogs as well. The Run Café will stay open for the evening so food and drinks are available.

There are moments in time when running allows you to see how wonderful life is.
These were some emotional moments as Simon Desvaux De Marigny 🇲🇺 crossed the finish line to win the 2023 Men’s Giant’s Cup Uncut. This is what it’s all about.
Always a vibe supporting runners! These runners were doing the Comrades Route Tester. Sweets, cold beverages and ofcourse the mandatory potatoes are provided for them at our Run Collective table! 🥤
