In honour of Nelson Mandela Day, The Joint Medical Holdings Group of hospitals assisted their communities by:
Setting up a soup kitchen at Ascot Park Hospital.
City Hospital gave teachers a well deserved break by jumping in to look after their children.
Isipingo Hospital visited a local community clinic to provide meal packs to patients waiting in long queues.
Richards Bay Medical Institute ran a beach clean-up drive and spent well deserved time at a community orphanage as well as providing meals and activity packs.
