Our clients remain undefeated with taste and sense of luxury. Just look at this house design that we just completed during the week, it is one of our finest work yet.

The client said that they have a site that is 30m X 30m in dimensions and it is flat. Although it is in a rural area, the client wanted to develop a sense of upmarket suburb within their home since this is going to be their full time home. And one of the best ways to achieve that is to design a layout in such a way that there is a front yard and a back yard. This specific point is usually what creates the big difference between the rural areas and suburbs, having a front yard and a back yard of the house.

The client also mentioned that in their area, families often have “Special Tea Occasions” and invite friends, families and neighbours over. So it is important to have a large covered Patio which will minimise the need for a tent for regular Tea Occasions and there should also be a space to place a tent for big tea occasions.

Since the yard is 30m X 30m, we came up with a design that stretches 23.6m from left to right, which leaves a space more than 3m on both sides of the house, enough for a car to get to the back yard. The house is also 16.8m from front to back, leaving 5.5m space for the front yard 7.7m for the back yard.

The client also needed all 5 bedrooms to be spacious and luxurious, and we made sure that all of them have verandas and sliding doors to ensure the effect. The total specification of the house is as follows:

Remember the first version of this house plan design? Well, we have had a new client who ordered it to be changed to her own specifications.

It had a double garage and she didn’t need it. It had 4 bedrooms and she reduced it to 3. It also had 3 bathrooms and she only needs 1.
