What did our Grade 000 get up to today?

Kandies Kids is a CAPS aligned preschool.

What is CAPS?
It is a National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) introduced by the Dept of Basic Education, from Grade R.
It states what should be included in the curricula of schools for each grade in SA.
CAPS gives detailed guidance to teachers on what they should teach and how to assess.

This means that each age group has certain milestones that we teach and assess continually throughout the year. So that by Grade 1, they are able to attend Primary School, and parents can rest assured that their little one has a great foundation!
