This course is slow and gentle and will assist mothers and babies with common newborn ailments such as wind, gas or colic. We include handy tips, hacks and tricks to aid with baby’s sleep, assist with your feeding routine and show you how to build a strong parental relationship with your baby from birth. You’ll learn Infant Massage strokes to help your baby all the way through your journey together.

We will chat, share learn, vent and fill our cups! There’s always plenty of time for Q&A so you will leave every week feeling equipped to face life as a new mother.
