It was a day of mixed emotions as we said goodbye to Patricia Nzama, our office Gogo, when she retired after almost 30 years of service!! Patricia joined RPP in February 1995 as our Office Assistant. She certainly has assisted us well over all these years and we will miss her happy smiling face every day! Happy Retirement Patricia! We hope that you enjoy this time of well-deserved rest!

Recently the PMR Business Excellence Awards ceremony was held in Johannesburg and we are super proud to have received a Golden Arrow Award for 2024! Ashlee Moodley attended the breakfast function and received the award on our behalf!

We obtained the “EXCELLENT” rating from 150 respondents including a number of architects, developers, quantity surveyors and construction companies. Exciting Changes for 2021 We are excited and ready to tackle the period ahead, hoping for growth and recovery for the rest of the year.

The prime location of the site at Westville’s busiest intersection demanded a building that would become a landmark in the area. The challenge was that the site was two stories below road level, which required us to explore alternative solutions.

The result was an office building elevated on a parking garage plinth, allowing the lively office spaces to engage with the busy intersection on eye-level. The approach leading into the building was inspired by the Capitol in Rome, with a grand staircase gradually rising up over a series of terraces. The Chep staircase became a transition space bathed in dappled lighting from a louvered screen, seamlessly leading the visitor up and into the building without feeling the large change in level.
