Baked this Hummingbird cake for a baby shower, the theme being cacti and succulents.

Made this Chocolate tart last week end. It is based on Nigella's recipe. I made it a Gluten and lactose free tart, replacing the base with gluten and lactose free chocolate biscuits, and using coconut cream in the filling. Was rather nice! 😍

Millionaires chocolate cake. A trial run. I will do a 3 layer cake for R300. It has a light brandy syrup sprinkled over and covered with a cream, milk chocolate and brandy topping.
