What are Soba Noodles?
Soba Noodles are a Japanese noodle, made primarily from Buckwheat.
These noodles can be eaten hot or cold and add a pleasant chew and slight nuttiness to our Beef Tataki meal.

What is Dashi?
Dashi is a mother stock used in Japanese cuisine.
This stock is the base for our delicious noodle broth in our Beef Tataki meal.
Our dashi is made from scratch, and taken even further with the addition of mirin, high quality soya sauce and a hint of fresh ginger.
This brings a delicate but flavour packed punch to the broth.
Slightly sweet, salty and a little ginger heat to add layers of flavour to your meal.
At Munch, we use only the best ingredients to create delicious meals that everyone can enjoy.
