We are looking for 2 barman to join The Alibi Team.

Requirements:
Must be over 18 years
Own transport
Reliable
Punctual
1-2 years working experience as a bar man
Knowledge of POS system
Reputable references
Willing to work weekends
Must be able to mix cocktails

Duties:
Excellent customer service
Positive attitude and Excellent communication skills
Serve drinks to customers at the bar and the tables
Handle payment of all purchases from customers
Collect and wash up glasses
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Responsible for keeping the bar area clean and organized at all times
Restock bar inventory
