Grade 11 student, Zane Salzwedel, has arrived in China to compete at the 2024 Junior Track World Championships. "Let's show our support and cheer for Zane as he competes on the world stage!
Zane eagerly prepared to represent South Africa at Junior World for the first time. The prestigious event is being held in Luoyang, China. He aims to secure a spot in the finals and achieve a top 10 placement. Despite being a novice, he knows he can try again next year. Qualifying for the finals would be a great accomplishment and achieving a top 10 position is his goal. Zane leaves on August 17th and returns on August 26th. His first race is on August 22nd, with a 5km qualifier and a 10km Scratch race. On August 25th, he will compete in a 30km Madison race with Rhys Burrell from Port Elizabeth if he qualifies."

We are very proud of Damian Howard who was selected to compete in the 3rd round of the 2024 RCX Championship Series at Zwartkops RCX in Centurion last month.

He raced very well and has set himself up nicely to take the championship this year.

He raced two classes, Electric Buggy and Gas Buggy. Three heats in each class and placed first in all heats.

That is six wins in six heats🥇 and Driver of the Day!
