National Aviation Day is a celebration of the growth and advancements made in aviation.🛫

Each year, 19 August brings together pilots, flight attendants, aircraft mechanics, and other aviation industry members to celebrate this special day which was first established in 1939 by former US president Franklin D. Roosevelt.

What is that all about? Glad you asked!📢 It's about population-related concerns such as gender equality, poverty and human rights across the world.

As much as these things are definitely important topics to be educated on;
What can it also mean for us as aviators and aviatrix? 🧑‍✈️👩‍✈️
Well simply put we have -
More youngsters that we can teach about aviation✈️
More lads to reminisce about aviation memories with 💭
and more people to share the skies with 🌥
