Thembimfundo Special School was officially opened in 2014.It starts from Grade R to 5 ,ages 5 to 18 years.
Thembimfundo Special School is a public school that caters for learners with special educational needs due to disabilities such as ADD, ADHD ,physical disabilities ,Autism Spectrum Disorder ,Severe Intellectual and Severe to Profound Disabilities. The school has boarding facility that houses 200 learners ,day scholars are also admitted. The school aims to provide a holistic development of learners

Children learn best when the significant adults in their lives-parents , teachers and other family and community members work together to encourage, love and support them.As we reminisce the change and profound messages Nelson Mandela left us with,we are looking forward to meet our learners for the 3rd term tomorrow 19 July 2022.We pray for traveling mercies for the staff and our learners as they will be coming to school 🏫.
