Rooster's Rib-Ticklers Alert! 🥚😂

Ready for your weekly dose of laughter? This one’s for all the pun lovers out there!

Indulge in the delightful flavours of Strawberry Cheesecake for breakfast with our easy and nutritious overnight oats recipe 🍓🥄



Ingredients:

- ½ cup Farmhouse quick cooker oats
- ½ cup First Choice low fat milk
- ¼cup Sundale Double Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Liberty honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup Früt frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp Farmhouse strawberry jam
- ¼ Cup Sundale cream cheese (you may use cottage cheese for a high protein alternative)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add thawed and drained frozen strawberries and strawberry jam. Mix gently.
3. Whether you are using cream cheese or cottage cheese, mix it in at this stage.
4. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
5. In the morning, give it a stir and add any toppings you like more strawberries mixed with jam or a drizzle of honey.

Note: When using frozen strawberries, make sure to thaw them first and drain excess water to avoid a watery texture in your oats.

Get cozy with this quick and easy to make Creamy Butternut Soup using McCain Frozen Butternut Chunks for added convenience 🍲

Ingredients:

1 bag McCain Butternut chunks
2 Tbsp FoodLand Butter
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp crushed garlic ,
2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp Knorr Chicken stock granules
1 tsp Robertsons dried mixed herbs
1 Tbsp Robertsons paprika
4 cups of water
½ cup Liberty coconut cream
Salt
Black pepper
Croutons for garnish
Fresh herbs for garnish (thyme or chives will work well)

Method :
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened.
2. Add the frozen butternut, cumin, paprika, chicken stock granules, dried herbs and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, the butternut will soften.
3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the butternut is cooked and has broken down.
4. Remove the pot from the stove and blend the mixture using a hand blender until smooth.
Add coconut cream and return to the pot to the stove, season with salt and pepper to taste, add your fresh herbs and bring the soup up to a gentle simmer .
5. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of paprika fresh herbs and croutons

🍖 Ready to sink your teeth into flavour heaven? Join us and indulge in the best ribs in town. Whether you're dining in or taking out, we've got your weekend cravings covered!

1kg Countryside Pork Loin Ribs
4 Sweetcorn cobs
¼ Cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Six Gun Grill Spice
2 tsp Crushed garlic
2 tsp Robertsons Veggie Seasoning
2 tsp Robertsons Paprika

For chillimayo dip
½ Cup Farmhouse Creamy Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Kensington hot sauce
1 Tbsp Liberty honey
1 tsp Six Gun Grill Spice

Method
1. Mix all the dip ingredients together and set aside
2. Cut the corn into corners lengthways
3. Combine the olive oil, garlic and spices in a bowl and mix well. Brush the dressing over the corn and set aside
4. Cut the ribs into riblets and cook both the sweetcorn and riblets in the airfryer for 15 minutes
5. Serve with the chilli mayo dip and sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over the sweetcorn and enjoy 🙂
