We specialize in lamb, beef venison and pork, fresh steaks daily, affordable prices, A-Grade meat.

We also do processing for hunters, we make a nice variety of wors, sosaties, patties, droewors, biltong, mince, etc, packed exactly the way you want it, we can also dry your products, and we are willing to open our shop over weekends for you to get your venison into the cooling rooms as soon as you get back home.

Starting this weekend the shop will be closed on saturdays to put all out efforts and consentration into the Outeniqua Family Market!

This is a decision we made based on sales, we thought about it for quite a while, and made the decision this week.
The market is buzzing, such a nice vibe and we are gonna make our stall as beautiful and functional as possible.

Just a photo of the progress we are making at our new meat store. We will still be situated at the same address, but we are building our meat store in the front of our processing building.

We sell and supply beef, pork, lamb and venison, we have some amazing dried products, a big variety of boerewors and sausages, and some of the best steaks in town, ready to braai.

The Pantry Butchery is getting a facelift, but we are open and still taking orders and doing deliveries.

We have amazing A-Grade steaks, wors, mince, lamb, etc.. anything you need to cook, braai, smoke, or whatever you want to do.

* We age our steaks to perfection, always ready to braai.

* We have yellow fat biltong, variety of salami sticks, venison biltong and droewors, chillibites, and beef droewors.

* We make amazing wors, all our wors are made with beef fat and lamb casings, we don't have any pork in any of our products except if it is a pork product.

*We do mutton on order.

* We do venison wors, mince, stew and cuts as well.

* We process venison for hunters.

Our new meat shop will be open on the 5th of Feb.

We are open daily from 8 to 5, as well as 8 to 1 on saturdays, and 8 to 2 at the Outeniqua Family Market on saturdays.
