I predicted your win against England and I have predicted your win over New Zealand today. You will be the World Champions once again. GO BOKKE SOUTH AFRICA IS RIGHT BEHIND YOU. GO CLAIM YOUR TROPHY.

Today I have put some memories of our Trip to Japan in March/ April 2023 for everyone to enjoy beautiful Japan. Martine and I had the most wonderful trip. Total beauty, Japan is very special and close to my heart. My trip was a 3 week Karate training at our KWF HQ in Tokyo. I am truly grateful for everything we do and share together. Thank you , Thank you Thank you.
I have just returned from 3 weeks training at KWF KARATENOMICHI HOMBU.
It was such an honour to train in the classes taken by Hombu Top Instructors Otsuka and Ishigura Sensei's . Yahara Sensei was present most of the time watching and interacting with the classes. He is surely a true Master of Budo Karate.
Thank you KWF HQ for everything that I learnt and enjoyed I will be back soon Oss Gambate.

Teaching young karatekas how to friend against bullies. It takes time and lots of practice
2022 is here and on it's way. Having a little fun introducing Karate to potential new students. So the journey carries on . Teaching our little ones is so rewarding watching them develop into little Karate Kids. Oss.

Yesterday was our annual Big Punch Challenge . Student Karateka Challenge their parents. It was overwhelming watching these committed Karateka giving their utmost and achieving high numbers of lunge punches ( oi- zuki). Oss to all parents and Karateka who participated you were all champions .

Karate is a martial art, which has a beginning it is where you start.
But 'it has no end to it', as you will always learn and strive for perfection which will take but a lifetime.
What you achieve, or where you may go through your journey is a small price to pay to see and find the true light of peace, harmony, tranquility and joy.
The way to get there is to never stop training the Spirit, the mind and the body.
Only you hold the key to strive for all of the above.

Karate is a Martial art that comes from many different styles in the old times which were all trained with a purpose for every move. Over the years as man has changed so has Karate that is why it is very important to have the right leaders . Karate has never changed but people most certainly have.
A true karateka with the budo training and spirit will understand my thinking.
Train every day as though it is your last day and you will harness the way of karatedo.
Tomorrow night will be another International Worldwide Karate class i will be giving at 6.pm - 7.pm .
It is really so nice to meet and chat to people around the World through giving a class on Karate@Home in Germany Martine and Nadja Sensei's thank you once again. Oss Gambate.
