- Bone-In Kassler Chops @ R150/kg. Perfect for the braai, oven or in a pan, these Dry-Cured and smoked chops are sure to take dinner to the next level.

- Hammer of Thor @ R109/kg. A whole beef shank that will put any other Sunday Roast to shame. Put it in the oven or in your Weber low and slow for best results.

- Italian Pork Sausage @ R95/kg. A traditional Italian sausage with a slight bite, hints of toasted fennel and Italian herbs, these are perfect for the braai or along side some mash for a twist on banger and mash.
