Substitution period opening 15 March 2024 - Ann Ashworth
The deadline for the second payment toward runners’ Comrades entry fee (applicable to all runners who elected to pay their entry fee over two instalments) passed on 29 February. The substitution withdrawal period, whereby athletes who have already entered the race but are unable to participate on 9 June 2024 may request to be withdrawn, at which time the entry will become available for purchase by runners who missed the 2023 entry deadline, will open on 15 March 2024.
