We are so Excited about this event!!
If you are in the Port Elizabeth in South Africa area and have never tried a pair of these Calorie burning boots, PLEASE DO STOP BY and give a pair a try. Even of it's just a feel.
You will be accompanied by 3 international instructors who will take great care of you.

This beautiful client had accidentally come to the wrong class.
She wanted to do our Flexibility class, however when she walked in we where all prepping for our Jump class.
Of course we all encourage her to put a pair of boots in and give it a go.
From an elderly perspective, u could understand the fear, But the fear was all it was.
Let me tell you all, how amazing this wonderful woman did.
She put on the boots,found her balance and truly ROCKED the class!!
Our Community is supportive, encouraging and full of smiles.
