Domestic workers can now claim for injuries dating back to 1994 | Business An amendment to the law means domestic workers - including chauffeurs and gardeners - are now entitled to compensation for occupational disease, injury or disability.

ROE Submissions Update.

The Compensation Fund has extended the 2022 ROE Season (1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023) to 30 June 2023. Employers thus have until 30 June 2023 to submit all their Return of Earnings to avoid a penalty for the late submission of the 2022 ROEs.
