This year, we once again teamed up with the CIMA crew at NWU School of Accounting Sciences, diving into the world of valuations. Their students crunched the numbers on a real-life case, and their results totally blew us away! We were in a bind when it came to picking a winner—each group made it a tough call. But after much deliberation, Group 5 came out on top!

With a team like this, nothing is impossible! Shoutout to our first-year trainees who joined us on the trip to UCT and turned our "corporate team" into COLLABORATIVE CHAMPS! We want to thank all our employees who are enough to put their hand up for events outside of work, this is !

We are still gushing over stellar CV that she entered into our CV competition at the ! Palesa blew us away with her articulation and confidence in her own abilities, and as the winner she received R5 000 from towards her future! Well done Palesa, you inspired us and we can't wait to see where your journey takes you!

All roads lead to RAiN! And sometimes RAiN leads us to UCT. Last week we had the privilege of participating in the UCT Epic Expo. A huge career day hosted by UCT Career Services on the University of Cape Town campus with more than 4000 students connecting with employers and starting to narrow down their career paths. We had a blast helping the students prep their CV's and giving some advice on how to approach an employer. Thank you University of Cape Town for having us and giving these students the best opportunities they could ask for!

Happy Women's Day! This year, we're taking a different approach by sharing some eye-opening statistics on women in the auditing industry in South Africa. We're here to inspire female students and youth to blaze their own trails, even if it's unconventional. Remember, you are strong, capable, and can achieve anything—even passing the ITC's 😉.
