How do we deal with rejection?

When people reject us and don’t see our worth, do we take it personally and think there is something wrong with US or do we see the truth that they are projecting their own sense of low self esteem into us and can’t handle our strength?

It’s all a matter of perception- how we choose to respond to rejection will determine our path in life πŸ™πŸ½

When you acknowledge your own sense of self- worth, and choose to see the good qualities in you, you will project them onto the world and the real people who are meant to be in your life will be drawn in to your circle; and the rest will simply be removed and fade out into their own self- determined path.

As humans we all have a need to be seen, heard and valued; but when YOU choose to first see, hear and value yourself, that’s when the magic happens πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

*You we’re not born feeling β€˜less than’- you were taught to believe you are not enough, by other people’s limited perception of themselves that they projected onto you- just as you were conditioned to take on other people’s opinions of you; you can re-condition your mind to release these lies and re- program new beliefs into your brain by deliberate intention and creative visualisation
*When you open yourself up to negotiate who you are for others; you give yourself to their power, and you no longer belong to you
β€’ Make the decision to not betray yourself any longer just to try and fit in with other people
β€’ Choose to be around people who bring out more of the β€˜real you’
β€’ Self- discovery and self-reflection are imperative to give you the awareness to v**e your unique gifts and talents and self- recognition will elevate your self- confidence to empower you to be your true, inherent self

Focusing on regret Of something that happened in your past, will only perpetuate that self- sabotaging cycle and will attract more of that same pattern.
By living with regret, you will only deplete your energy and leave you with less energy to create something constructive in the present

To break this self-sabotaging pattern, you need to forgive your younger you and change how you perceive the experience - elicit the positive lesson leaned and then you get to free yourself from the feelings of guilt

by focusing on the positive lesson you learned, you then release the negative emotion of despair that was attached to the past event

Now you will have more energy to create new possibilities in the present by doing creative visualisations in your mind. As thoughts create your reality, you now experience empowering emotions of excitement and anticipation of the future you are creating.

*We act consistent to who we think we are

*When you lock in to your identity, your brain finds a way to keep you there and to draw in more experiences to support your belief

*It’s not so much as changing your identity in that it’s expanding it in the right direction

*Identify who you are each day and set your standard for yourself- set clear intentions for yourself

Take the 3 magic words. β€˜Raise your standard’ and ask yourself the following questions to recalibrate your mind for success:

1. What small action step can I take today to get closer to the things I want in my life?

2. What fulfils me? What energises me?

3. How can I begin to live an extraordinary life on my own
terms?

4. How will that make me feel? How will that impact how I experience life?

These empowering questions will motivate your behaviour so that you progress towards being the Best version of yourself today.

Proverbs 13:12 -Hope deferred makes the heart sick

β€’ You can never fully get over major trauma’s in your life but you can get beyond them

β€’ One always β€˜sees’ but very seldom do we’notice’ what is often right in front of us

β€’ Are you noticing the good in your life, are you focusing on your potential and the possibilities in your life; or are you only seeing the things that are wrong in your life?

Whatever you are noticing; is what will either raise your hope and your life, or will sink you deeper into a state of despondency and despair

β€’ Choosing to focus on the good will expand your hope and will flush your body with motivating neuro- chemicals to move you to act in a positive direction

β€’ Your decisions in life are impacted by your choice to stay in an emotional state of despondency or an empowering choice to change your lens how you view yourself and life, into a lens of hope

β€’ When you do this, serendipities and sudden surprises will start filling your day (opportune and unexpected meetings, information and uplifting experiences will be drawn into your life)

Resistance Vs Persistance

β€’ Who are what are you resisting in your life right now?
β€’ Whatever you resist means you dislike it
β€’ When you resist something or someone you are putting your focus on it and whatever you focus on, expands
β€’ The longer you resist it , the more thoughts accumulate around it and it forms a brand new belief that automatically creates more of it on auto- pilot
β€’ So, remove your attention from something or someone and you get your energy back
β€’ If someone is triggering your emotions, allow yourself to feel the anger or hurt or sadness, then release resisting it by deep intentional breathing and then shift your attention onto something else
