SPICY CHICKEN LIVERS RECIPE
Ingredients:
500g chicken livers (washed)
1โ4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon of Didiโs Kitchen Chilli Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon Didiโs Kitchen peri-peri sauce
1โ2 cup fresh cream
Didi's Kitchen ground black pepper and Himalayan salt to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse and drain the chicken livers.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Fry the onion until just golden. Add the chilli garlic paste and the smoked paprika and stir to combine.
Add the peri-peri sauce and cream. Bring to a simmer. Taste to see if you would like more peri- peri sauce. Season to taste.
In another pan heat some oil and fry the livers in batches for 1โ2 minutes on each side, then stir through the peri-peri sauce.
Serve with garlic bread and a drizzle of Didiโs Kitchen Chilli Garlic Oil.
