These two are no strangers to the South African music scene with appearances at Hot On Top, Rocking The Daisies, G***t Fest and Park Acoustics to name a few. After a long hiatus from the South African music scene, Kandja returns with a fresh selection of dance floor classics gathered from his European travels. Teaming up with Big Foot's fun and upbeat indie-disco, it's bound to be one hell of a collaboration!

Spencer is a Jozi based DJ who has applied his trade throughout South Africa. With over 16 years of experience, he is able to blend countless genres of music into one set, allowing him to entertain the most diverse crowds.

Gin & Juice is extremely excited to have Spencer playing this Saturday. We have no doubt that you'll be grooving from beginning to end!

Headphase is a Hot On Top resident and Jozi favourite, with memorable performances country wide at the likes of Rocking The Daisies, Earthdance & Synergy. He became a regular at the previous Gin & Juice venue, whereby he set the scene for what proved to be a great success!

We are super excited for Headphase to be back with us and cannot wait for him to get you all grooving once again 🍋

Excitement is building fast for the opening night at ‘The Dough Room 😎

Over the next few days we’ll be filling you in on all the details – from live artists to our unique new cocktail menu. We have a load of surprises in store for you throughout our stint in Design Quarter, so best you stay tuned.

A couple of things to note for the opening event on 18 August:

- Kick off will be at 17h00, however you are more than welcome to arrive earlier, grab a drink and soak in the afternoon sun!
- Rugby kick off is also at 17h00 (SA vs Argentina), and we WILL be screening it on a big projector for all you peeps to cheer on the Bokke.
- The first DJ will jump onto the decks as soon as the game is over to let the festivities begin.
- Tables and Guest List are filling up at a rapid rate. Be sure to email [email protected] so that you get your booking in! Entrance fee will be R50 for any members who miss the boat on pre-bookings.
- Entertainment and live artists continue until 02h00 the following morning.

1) Guest list entrance closes at 22:00, but please remember that the guest list does not give you any preferential queue treatment. So, best you get there early to get access, as we are expecting full capacity.

After a chance meeting in 2007, South Africans Pascal Ellinas and Dave Pearce began the long winding road that is now the stellar and versatile production/DJ duo of Pascal & Pearce. Pascal & Pearce are known for their ability to play at any venue, be it large scale festivals or intimate poolside events, their sets have been described as progressive, driving, funky, melodic and energetic.

Pascal & Pearce have performed alongside international Dj's Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Avicii, Afrojack, Swedish House Mafia, Axwell ^ Ingrosso, Martin Garrix, Showtek, Oliver Heldens, Robin Schulz, Above & Beyond, Krewella, Chuckie, Glowinthedark, Alesso, Cosmic Gate, Steve Aoki, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, DVVBS, Nicky Romero, Blasterjaxx, W&W, Madeon, Danny Avilla, Andrew Rayel, Michael Calfan, Tube & Berger, Paul van Dyk, Diplo, Paul Oakenfold, DNOX, Gareth Emery, Dannic, Sebastien Leger, Bass Kleph, Calvertron, Felix Cartel, Roger Sanchez, Danny Marquez, Galeb, New ID, Nervo, Protoculture and Goldfish.

They have released 5 albums through South African record label Just Music. 'Passport', a double disc album, was released in September 2011. 'Passport 2.0' was released in February 2012, and between the two albums 4 singles reached top 10 status on the local Top 40, with 3 of those singles entering the top 5, and one of them peaking at number 1.

In May 2012, Pascal & Pearce signed a record deal with international giants Spinnin Records, based in the Netherlands, for their single Disco Sun featuring Jules Harding from Goodluck. The EP was released in July 2012, and has had over 1.2 million hits on youtube to date. The EP features remixes by Beatport 2012 Remixer of the Year David Jones, Starkillers, Treasure Fingers, Dubvision and Kyle Watson. It was also in 2012 that Pascal & Pearce were honoured to release a Headliners compilation through the legendary Ministry of Sound label.

'One Night Only', their latest studio album was released in October 2013. Their first single ‘Desperado’, featuring LCNVL went to number 1 on national radio and charted in the top 10 of the most played/purchased songs in South Africa of 2013. ‘Desperado’ was also a number 1 on the local MTV Dance chart. The Album was number 1 on the itunes Dance chart and peaked at number 7 on the overall South African chart. They have also had their music featured on over 20 compilation discs, including multiple Ministry of Sound albums. Their latest single, 'Poppin', which features a massive collaboration with local Hip-Hop sensation Da L.E.S, was released in December 2014, and peaked at #2 on the local Top 40 Chart. They also currently hold a weekly prime time residency mix on one of South Africa's top national radio stations, 5FM.
