Easy Meal Plans

Valentine's day Pudding! Add these delicious Chocolate Brownies to dinner on Tuesday to turn dinner into an event.
Chocolate Brownies:
Ingredients:
225 g Butter
350 g Dark Chocolate
3 Eggs
225 g Caster Sugar
30 ml Strong Black Coffee
75 g Cake Flour
2 ml Salt
1 t vanilla essence

Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
2) Melt the butter and Chocolate together in the microwave and set to cool.
3) Beat the eggs, caster sugar, and coffee together until smooth and creamy. Add the chocolate and butter to to the mixture and mix well.
4) Sift flour and salt over the mix and fold in.
5) Add the vanilla and fold into the mixture.
6) Grease an oven dish (30x40cm) and pour the mixture into the dish, bake for 30 to 35 min.
7) Remove from the oven and let it cool down inside the tin before cutting it into portions.
8) Enjoy with vanilla ice-cream and strawberry's or raspberries.
