Here’s to moments of reflection during this auspicious occasion with a refreshing milky beverage - Falooda. 💫

Ingredients:

400ml Chilled Milk
½ TB Basil Seeds
4 TB Rose’s Watermelon Cordial
½ cup Thin Vermicelli
4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
4 TB Chopped Pistachio Nuts

Method:

Use old fashioned soda float glasses.
Cook the vermicelli in advance and let it cool down. Follow package instructions, or follow instructions provided below.
Place the prepared vermicelli in a bowl with a little cold water to prevent them from sticking together.
Soak the basil seeds in about ½ cup of water for about 15 minutes, until they form a "gel coating". Set aside.
Into each glass, add about 2 tbsp of cooked vermicelli, followed with the soaked basil seeds.
Pour about 1 cup of chilled milk.
Pour in 2 – 4 tbsp of the Rose’s Watermelon Cordial (this should create a pink ombre look) per drink. The more you add,
the sweeter the drink will be, so start with less and add more if you'd like the drink sweeter.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with chopped nuts.

Here’s a sangria recipe for you to create: 🍸

RED SUMMER SANGRIA SPRITZER
​Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Rose’s Watermelon Cordial
2 cups red wine
2 oranges, sliced thickly
1 cup quartered strawberries
4 whole star anise + extra to garnish
4 cinnamon quills + extra to garnish
Add 2 cans of 200ml Rose's Soda Water
Bunch of rosemary sprigs

METHOD

1. Fill a large jug a third way full with ice and pour in Rose’s Watermelon Cordial, wine, fruit and spices. Stir to combine.
2. Just before serving, add sparkling water and thyme and stir gently.
3. Serve in large glasses over lots of ice with sprigs of rosemary, star anise and cinnamon quills and ENJOY!
