Medical aids pay for inpatient addiction treatment and we’ll obtain pre-authorisation for you. We have a family support group on Tuesdays at 6pm, all welcome.

89 years ago today, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) was founded by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith. Their initial meetings grew into a larger movement, leading to the publication of the book "Alcoholics Anonymous" in 1939, which outlined the now-famous 12-step program.

Thank you Bill W and DR. Bob for your courage and persistence, and to everyone that has carried the AA message for the past 89 years.

Our Story

ChangesRehab.co.za in Northcliff, Gauteng is registered with the DSD and BHF, so most medical aids will pay for 21 days of inpatient treatment. We have up to 65 patients over the full continuum of care: out-patient, detox, in-patient, secondary care & long-term halfway houses.
We offer personalized, affordable treatment delivered by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals (qualified addictions counsellors, psychologists, social worker, GP, occupational therapist and psychiatrists) treating drug addictions, alcohol dependency, sex/porn addictions, food addictions and co-dependency.
Our family support group on Sundays is free of charge, all welcome and is held at 216 Weltervreden Rd, Northcliff.
