DO NOT place an order if you have no intention of ever taking the item
All products will be posted @ additional cost, unless stated otherwise
Most of my goods/products (imported) are pre order with a minimum of 10 – 14 working days waiting period, excluding weekends and public holidays. If I receive good earlier than stated you will be notified. Some other good can be posted directly to you from my supplier if they have stock.
NO products will be ordered if EFT payment does NOT reflect.
CASH DEPOSITS add R20 extra to total amount for bank charges.
Main bank is Capitec, if banking with another bank please make sure that payment is made at least 24hrs (09:00 – 11:00 in the morning) before date given when orders and payments must be in.
NO Cash REFUNDS
Due to the intimate nature of our business, NO lingerie, underwear, swimwear etc. will be refunded
If you are unsure about a particular size please use our size chart measurements.
Exchanges on UNUSED goods to be done @ your own expense WITHIN 7 DAYS, when you have received products.
I WILL NOT be held responsible if Post Offices are on strike or do not do their job correctly. Tracking numbers can be tracked on www.sapo.co.za
When I say I will post or deliver it I WILL do it. I will not steal from you it is, was, and never will be my intentions. I work from home trying to make an extra income for myself and will never steal from you.
Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 20% cancellation and administration fee. If funds have already been paid by the client, all bank charges for application of the refund will incurred be by the client
Please note that once order has been processed and is already sent out, it may not be cancelled.
