What a great week in Nairobi, Kenya! KAS Media Africa and The Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communications brought together 15 newsroom managers from 12 countries across Africa for a successful programme, amid at dealing with managing conflict in newsrooms. We discussed problems coming up through gender, ethics, emotional intelligence and resolving workplace conflict and disagreement in order to lead effectively. Thank you to all trainers, facilitators and all participants who created a fruitful and solution-oriented atmosphere!
