Sirino Joins Amakhosi

Kaizer Chiefs have strengthened their squad in the attacking department with the acquisition of attacker, Gaston Sirino.

The Uruguayan has penned a two-year contract with the Glamour Boys.

Kaizer Chiefs have added another player to their squad with defender Bongani Sam joining the team from Orlando Pirates.

The Glamour Boys have secured the 26-year-old left-back/winger on a 3-year contract, with a 1-year option.

The arrival of Kaizer Chiefs at the Bram Fischer International Airport in Bloemfontein was met with an enthusiastic welcome from scores of supporters, who gathered to show their excitement ahead of the inaugural Toyota Cup against Young Africans of Tanzania on Sunday.

The team's arrival sparked jubilant scenes, with fans from far and wide flocking to the airport to demonstrate their energetic support featuring chants, songs, and cheers as the players made their way through the crowds.

The match is a sold-out affair which promises to be a thrilling encounter. It will be preceded by a curtain raiser between Kaizer Chiefs legends and BC legends at 12:30.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early.

The match will be live on SuperSport DSTV channel 202 and SABC One.

Toyota SA and Kaizer Chiefs Extend Hearts on Sleeve Initiative to Bloemfontein

Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) proudly launched the Hearts on Sleeve initiative in collaboration with Kaizer Chiefs and the Mangaung Metro Municipality at the Jean Webber Home for persons with severe physical disabilities in Bloemfontein. Hearts on Sleeve extends the partnership between the two entities, transforming sleeve sponsorship into a tangible expression of community support.

The day comprised of TSAM and Kaizer Chiefs fulfilling the needs of the home. These included the installation of a brand-new JoJo tank, two computers, uniform for the caregivers, groceries and a goodies bag for the residents.
