BEDFORDVIEW_Currently on the N3 Northbound, after the Van Buuran road, there is an accident causing traffic delays.

A FEMALE SUSPECT NABBED FOR POSSESSION OF UNLICENSED FI****MS, AMMUNITIONS AND SUSPECTED STOLEN ITEMS - IN THE DUDUZA AREA
DUDUZA _ On Thursday 16 November 2023 at 12:30, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers in conjunction with the South African Police Service Crime Intelligence Unit, arrested a 38-year-old female suspect for possession of unlicenced fi****ms, rounds of ammunition, and possession of suspected stolen motorcycle, in the Duduza area.
The Officers, received intelligence from a whistle blower who provided sufficient information to positively link the suspect, following several robberies occurring around the Duduza area, officers were directed to a residence on Coolbreez Street. On arrival, they found a female occupant and requested to search the house. The law enforcers uncovered two (2) black 9mm pistols, an air gun, twenty-two (22) blank ammunitions, eighty-two (82) spent blank cartridges, and motorcycle (Alpinestars Wiselo Ogio) with defaced vehicle identification numbers (VIN) with a helmet, all with an estimated total value of sixty-five thousand Rands (R65 000). All the necessary stakeholders were summoned to the scene; however, the female suspect alleges that all the items found, belonged to her boyfriend who was nowhere to be found.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Duduza police station and will soon appear before the magistrate court. All the items were booked at the police station, for further investigation.
A NOTORIOUS VW POLO IMPOUNDED - IN THE SPRINGS AREA
SPRINGS_ On Tuesday 14 November 2023 at 15h00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, cornered a wanted VW POLO, reported to be involved in criminal activities, in and around the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE).
Acting on a tip off from a reliable source, about a notorious white VW POLO, involved in a spade of criminal activities within the CoE, the EMPD crime fighting Unit, jumped into action. The suspicious vehicle, was found abandoned, parked strategically amongst other vehicles, at the Springs shopping mall. The white VW was thoroughly tested, and Officers learned that the uncovered vehicle, was used on different occasions, in the commission of criminal activities and there is an outstanding case opened against it, at the Zonkizizwe police station.
All the necessary stakeholders, including the South African Police Service (SAPS) Fingerprint Unit, were summoned and the white POLO, was booked for safe keeping, at the Aeroton police yard.
THE EMPD SCPU INTENSIFIED GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN IN NEW BRIDGE IN THE BENONI AREA
BENONI _ On Monday 13 November 2023 at 08:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Social Crime Prevention Unit (SCPU) Officers engaged the community members of New Bridge on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), in the Benoni area.
The EMPD intensified their campaign against GBV, to send a strong message to members of the community, on the importance of protecting women and children. The number of GBV and domestic violence cases are on the rise during this time of the year, and the EMPD saw it fit to reach out to communities within the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) to educate members of the public to help curb these social ills. The beneficiaries of New Bridge welcomed the woman and man in blue into their community and paid full attention to presentations made by officers. This also allowed for one-on-one interaction with the officers, as most would not speak out against their abusers.
As we are approaching the festive season, the EMPD will continue to reach out to communities to help curb social ills of this nature.
A 35-YEAR-OLD MALE NABBED FOR ASSAULT GBH AND MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON_ On Monday 13 November 2023 at about 13:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers arrested a 34-year-old male suspect for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) and malicious damage to property, in the Daveyton area.
EMPD Officers received information about the whereabouts of a suspect sought for arrest, and to a residence on Dalani Street. The 38-year-old female victim alleges that on Saturday 11 November 2023, she was walking with her boyfriend in the street when they suddenly saw her ex-boyfriend, the suspect. The suspect, who was accompanied by two (2) of his friends, approached the victim and began hurling insults at her, stating that he would kill her and her children. In the heat of the moment, the suspect took out a firearm and started to physically assault the victim in front of the boyfriend. After the assault, the bloodied victim left with her boyfriend and went to her boyfriend’s residence for refuge. The enraged suspect followed the couple, and as they arrived, he started to break the windows of the house.
The suspect was arrested without resistance and was detained at the Daveyton police station and will soon appear before the Daveyton Magistrate’s Court.
A MALE SUSPECT APPREHENDED FOR ASSAULT IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON_ On Monday 13 November 2023 at about 14:30, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers arrested a 32-year-old male suspect for assault in the Daveyton area.
The EMPD officers apprehended a suspect on the run at Barwa Street for assaulting his cousin’s girlfriend. The 19-year-old female victim alleges that, she had visited her boyfriend at a place that is rented out by both the boyfriend and the cousin. As she was sitting, she heard the cousin screaming outside asking who allowed her boyfriend to bring her along. The cousin of the suspect started to forcefully enter the house and broke the door and gained entry and went straight to the female victim and started to assault her, the boyfriend intervened, and the injured victim went to seek medical attention.
The male suspect was arrested and was detained at the Daveyton police station and will soon appear before the Daveyton Magistrate’s Court.
THE EMPD STEERED WEEK-LONG BY-LAWS ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS - IN THE BENONI AREA
BENONI_ Between 05 Monday and 12 Sunday November 2023, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers in conjunction with the other stakeholders conducted by-laws enforcement operations, around the Benoni area.
Following recent reports of food not fit for human consumption being sold at local supermarkets in the Cloverdene area, the EMPD Officers conducted by-laws inspections to check for compliance, in consideration of the health and safety of the community. Three (3) local supermarkets shops were visited, and it was discovered that these shops were selling food that was unsound for human consumption, and the expired food worth ten thousand Rands (R10 000) was confiscated and safely disposed of.
Meanwhile at Birch Road, Officers together with the Community Policing Forum (CPF) removed illegal dwellers from abandoned buildings. At the corner Totius and Springs Road, illegal structures suspected to be a hot spot site for illegal mining, cable theft, muggings, drug dealings and other crime-related activities, were demolished. Furthermore, the EMPD officer removed placards, posters that were attached to the traffic signals around the Crystal Park area and obstructing road users to have a clear view of the road signs.
The EMPD will continue to enforce by-laws, ensuring the community members of the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) are safe from unscrupulous supermarkets.
THE EMPD SCPU CONDUCTS SCHOOL SEARCH, PRESENTATION ON BULLYING AND SCHOLAR TRANSPORT - IN THE DUDUZA, TSAKANE AND NIGEL AREAS
DUDUZA, TSAKANE AND NIGEL _ Between 08 and 10 November 2023 from 07:00 to 13:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Social Crime Prevention Unit (SCPU) Officers conducted a series of school searches, presentations on school safety and bullying, in the Duduza, Tsakane and Nigel areas.
As part of the ongoing school safety operations held during the month of November, aimed at combatting bullying, substance abuse, and ensuring scholar transport requirements are adhered to throughout the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE), the Officers proceeded to Roseview Primary School in Duduza, where a stern focus was placed on scholar patrol training and scholar transport. The enthusiastic learners received the training positively from their heroes in blue. Meanwhile in Tsakane, at Funukukhanya Primary School, SCPU Officers in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies focused on bullying and substance abuse and the dangers of getting involved and addicted, in their outreach. Furthermore, in Nigel jointly with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and Community Policing Forum (CPF) joined forces to conduct a school search at Nigel Primary School, where among the items confiscated were ten (10) sharp scissors, a cellphone, a vice grip spanner, syrup medication, two (2) s***f and sling.
The EMPD will continue to exhaust all resources to help curb sinister items reaching school grounds throughout the City of Ekurhuleni.
A NAUGHTY DRIVER HANDCUFFED AND HIS RIDE CONFISCATED - IN THE THEMBISA AREA
THEMBISA _ On Friday 10 November 2023 at 13h30 in the Thembisa area, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Thembisa Precinct Officers, arrested a 37-year-old motorist in the Leboeng section and his ride, was confiscated.
During the crime prevention operation, EMPD Officers approached an idling red VW Golf with one (1) occupant, parked in the middle of Letsiakarane Street, causing an obstruction. A driver’s licence was requested and the motorist, produced it and on closer inspection, the person in the photo, was different from the one behind the steering wheel. A site interview was conducted and the deemed to be the driver, confessed by telling the Officers that, the person in the photo, was actually his brother and he did not have, any drivers licence furthermore, he offered money to the Officers, to look the other way.
The wrongdoer, facing charges of fraud and bribery, was handcuffed and taken to the Thembisa south police station. He is expected to appear, in the Thembisa Magistrate’s Court soon and his VW Golf, is impounded for safekeeping, at the EMPD Thembisa Precinct.
A REPORTED STOLEN LDV, RECOVERED DURING THE CRIME PREVENTION OPERATION - IN THE ALBERTON AREA
ALBERTON _ On Wednesday 08 November 2023 at 13h30, on the R550 road, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) Officers, recovered a reported stolen GWM Light Delivery Vehicle (LDV), parked uncontrolled, on the side of the roadway.
During the crime prevention operation, patrolling EMPD Officers drove into a suspicious unattended bakkie. The Pick-Up was tested and Officers learned that, it was reported stolen not long, by the liable owner, at the Alberton police station.
All the necessary stakeholders including fingerprints experts, were called to the scene and no arrests have been made yet. The recovered LDV, was taken to the South African Police Service (SAPS) V.S.S vehicle pound, situated in Vereeniging area, for safekeeping.
TWO TRUCKS COLLIDE HEAD ON AND FOUR INJURED – IN THE SKY CITY AREA
SKY CITY _ On Thursday 09 November 2023 at 15h30, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Zonkizizwe Precinct Officers, attended to an accident/crash involving two (2) trucks, on the R550 road, not far from the Sky City in Thokoza area and four (4) occupants, sustained serious to slight injuries.
Onlookers alleged that, a driver of the white Tata Truck, who was travelling west on R550, lost control of his vehicle and collided with the white Hino truck, which was travelling towards East. Both trucks were badly damaged in front. The 24-year-old male driver of the white Hino truck, transporting bricks, was alone in the vehicle, at the time of the crash and he sustained slight injuries, before he was taken to the Tambo Memorial Hospital, for medical treatment. The white Tata Truck, which was used to transport bread, had three (3) occupants between the ages of 40 and 45 including the driver. The man behind the steering wheel and one passenger, sustained slight injuries and were transported to Tambo Memorial Hospital, for medical treatment. The other passenger sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Chris Hani (Baragwanath) Hospital for medical treatment. Both vehicles, were towed by their respective owners and taken to their yards.
It is not clear at this stage what occurred before the crash and currently, no arrests effected. A case of reckless and negligent driving, is opened at the Kliprivier police station and investigations, are underway.
AN INCONSIDERATE MOTORIST APPREHENDED FOR RECKLESS AND NEGLIGENT DRIVING - IN THE KWA-THEMA AREA A
KWA-THEMA _ On Thursday 09 November 2023 at 13h20, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Kwa-Thema Precinct Officers, apprehended an inconsiderate motorist, for reckless and negligent driving, in the Kwa-Thema area.
Responding after receiving an emergency call from the control room, the EMPD Officers rushed to a complaint where members of the community, were allegedly looting tuck shops. Upon arrival, Officers found remains of food products, scattered all over an intersection of Nkosi and Thema. Officers immediately called for backup, to restore order and suddenly, a speeding white Toyota Hilux light delivery vehicle (LDV) appeared and knocked down, a 22-year-old male pedestrian and fled the scene. The chase ensued and the LDV with one (1) occupant, was cornered in Tsakane area, at the corner of KwaZulu-Natal Avenue and 12th road. The male driver in his late 30s, who couldn’t speak any recognised language fluently, who was not in possession of any means of documentation, was placed under arrest and the seriously injured pedestrian, was transported to the Pholosong hospital, for medical care.
The handcuffed suspect, facing charges of reckless and negligent driving, was marched to the Kwa-Thema police station and he is expected, to appear in the Kwa-Thema Magistrate’s Court soon. The bakkie used in commission of a crime, is impounded and Immigration Officers, were made aware of the matter and they promised, to attend to it as well.

A CYCLIST SUCCUMBS TO HIS INJURIES, FOLLOWING A CRASH - IN THE KEMPTON PARK AREA
KEMPTON PARK _ On Thursday 9 November 2023 at 07:25, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) High Speed Unit Officers, responded to a crash on Great North Road, on top of the R21 Bridge, in the Kempton Park area where a 50-year old male cyclist, was knocked over by a motor vehicle.
On arrival, the Officers found a dented VW Polo Vivo hatchback, parked next to an unresponsive body, covered with a space blanket. Medical experts were immediately summoned and the cyclist, was declared dead on the scene. A visible trembling 48-year-old male Polo driver, who was alone in the vehicle, at the time of the crash, didn’t sustain any visible injuries but, he received a shock treatment, on site. It is not clear at this, what actually occurred before the crash and a case of culpable homicide, has been registered, at the Kempton Park police station, for further investigations.
A badly damaged bicycle and the VW Polo involved, were taken to the EMPD vehicle pound, for safekeeping.

TWO WANTED SUSPECTS ARRESTED - IN THE THEMBISA AREA
THEMBISA _ On Tuesday 07 November 2023 at 09:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers, arrested two (2) male suspects, who are 25 and 31 years of age, with pending cases against them.
Members of the CLU, engaged in an operation for wanted suspects, with registered criminal cases against the perpetrators. The wanted suspects, were involved in theft and assault charges. When the Officers received information, they searched for the suspects at three (3) locations and finally, located one (1) suspect on Maokeng street and the second one, in Xubeni section.
The apprehended pair, was detained at Thembisa police station and they are expected to appear, at the Thembisa Magistrate’s Court soon. The EMPD commends the hard work of CLU Officers, to ensure the arrest of the two (2) suspects.
A FURIOUS HUSBAND ARRESTED FOR MURDER, FOLLOWING A BEER HOUSE BRAWL - IN THE THOKOZA AREA
THOKOZA _ On Sunday 5 November 2023 at 21:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers, arrested a 38-year-old male suspect, for attempted murder, a charge which was later converted to murder, in the Thokoza area.
It is alleged that the suspect, received a call from his wife, who was at a pub around 15h00, notifying him that she was being assaulted by the now deceased male victim. The furious husband made his way to where his wife was and on arrival, he saw the culprit busy assaulting his wife. When the offender noticed the energetic husband approaching, he made a move, while holding som**hing resembling a firearm. The husband retaliated, by drawing his firearm and fired shots multiple times, before fleeing the scene. The EMPD CLU members, were informed about the incident and the suspect, who was found in possession of a 9mm Girson firearm, with intact serial numbers and thirteen (13) live rounds, was apprehended and taken to the Thokoza police station.
The detained suspect is charged with attempted murder. However, the charge was later converted to murder, since the deceased died on his way to hospital. The wrongdoer will appear at the relevant Magistrate’s Court soon. The firearm used in commission of a crime, was also booked in at Thokoza police station and it will be taken for ballistic, to be tested.
THE EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT, WELCOMES THE CONVICTION AND SENTENCING OF A HITMAN – IN THE KEMPTON PARK AREA
KEMPTON PARK _ On Monday 06 November 2023, the conviction and sentencing, by the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court, of a hitman linked to the notorious Rosemary Ndlovu serial killer case, was well accepted by the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD).
The 36-year-old male suspect, was apprehended in the month of December last year (2022), by the EMPD Northern Region Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers, on charges of hijacking and possession of a hijacked/robbed motor vehicle, before he was sentenced to ten (10) years imprisonment. The guilty verdict and sentencing, sends a strong message, that lawlessness will not be tolerated.
On behalf of the Department, the Municipal Police Commissioner Jabulani Isaac Mapiyeye, commended the EMPD crime-fighting Unit members, for ensuring that the heartless perpetrator, who committed heinous crimes, was convicted and sentenced. ‘We applaud them for their sterling job’ he concluded.
A HIJACKED TRUCK ROBBED IN HEIDELBURG, FOUND ABANDONED - IN THE BENONI AREA
BENONI_ On Tuesday 07 November 2023 at 11:20, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct and Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers, recovered a hijacked/robbed truck, in the Benoni area.
Acting on a tip off from a reliable source, Officers made a follow-up, about a truck robbed, in Heidelburg area earlier on. The wanted white UD Quon truck, was located, and found abandoned, on the New Modder Road, with a trailer missing. EMPD Officers learned that, during the robbery, the truck driver was abducted and dropped off, at the Dawn Park area. Not long, the missing trailer, was uncovered unoccupied, in Boksburg area by the industrial site.
All the necessary stakeholders, were summoned and the recovered truck, was taken to a police yard for safekeeping, in Aeroton.
A BROTHER ARRESTED FOR ASSAULTING HIS YOUNGER SISTER WITH BOILING WATER – IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON_ On Monday 06 November 2023 at about 12:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, arrested a 38-year-old male suspect for assault and domestic violence, in the Daveyton area.
The Officers received information about the whereabouts of a suspect sought for arrest in the Daveyton area. The Officers followed up on the information, and the suspect was apprehended on Mashele Street without resistance. It is alleged by the 28-year-old female victim that on Friday 03 November 2023, she was cleaning the floor and it was wet, when her older brother, the suspect, came into the house and stepped on the wet floor. When the victim tried to ask him not to step on the wet floor, the suspect boiled a cup of water inside the microwave and then poured the victim with the water, then he started to assault her. The victim ran outside the house and the suspect followed her with a knife in his hand when the elderly neighbours came to the victim’s rescue.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Daveyton Police Station and will appear before the Magistrate court soon.
A 64-YEAR-OLD SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT GBH – IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON_ On Monday 06 November 2023 at 13h00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, arrested a 64-year-old male suspect, for assault in the Daveyton area.
The 66-year-old male victim with scars to show, alleges that on Sunday 05 November 2023, as he was walking along M***a Street, he met the suspect, who claimed that the 66-year-old victim, was spreading negative rumours about him, within the community. The suspect abducted the victim for almost two (2) hours, locked him inside the dark room situated at his premises and started to sjambok him, to the pulp and later released him. The injured and pale victim, crawled from the premises and made his way, to the police station, before seeking medical attention, at the nearest facility.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Daveyton police station. He is expected to appear before the relevant Magistrate’s Court soon.
AN ENVIOUS BOYFRIEND NABBED FOR ASSAULT, DURING AN ALTERCATION - IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON _ On Monday 06 November 2023 at 10:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, arrested a 45-year-old male suspect, for assault, with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) during an argument, in the Daveyton area.
The crime-fighting Unit learned that the wanted suspect, who was cornered idling on Sigalo Street, strangled and headbutted a 39-year-old girlfriend on the nose, at their place during the quarrel, on Thursday 02 November 2023, accusing her of sleeping around and talking too much.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Daveyton police station. He will appear before the relevant Magistrate’s Court soon.
A 24-YEAR-OLD MALE APPREHENDED FOR ASSAULT GBH – IN DAVEYTON AREA
DAVEYTON_ On Monday 06 November 2023, at about 15:30 the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, arrested a 24-year-old male suspect for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH), in the Daveyton area.
The 23-year-old male victim alleges that when he was at home, the intoxicated suspect who was carrying a beer bottle in his hand, came to his house making noise and swearing. The suspect was looking for the victim’s brother, as he sold a phone to the brother that is not in a good working condition. The brother of the victim was apparently complaining about the phone, but at that present moment the brother was not at home. The suspect kept on calling the brother, but he was not there, the suspect became upset, and he then started to assault the victim with a beer bottle. The victim managed to flee and was taken to a nearby hospital.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Daveyton Police Station and will appear before the Magistrate court soon.

THE EMPD SCPU ROLLED OUT PRE-FESTIVE SEASON GBV AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS - IN THE BENONI AREA
BENONI _ Between Saturday the 4 November 2023 and Sunday 5 November 2023, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Social Crime Prevention Unit (SCPU) Officers visited the Msholozi Informal Settlement and Mayfield Extension 1, to educate community members on violence against women and children, in the Benoni area.
As we approach the festive season, it has previously been reported that during this time a high number of gender-based violence (GBV) cases has been reported. The EMPD kickstarted an awareness program aimed at educating communities on GBV. Among the topics addressed were teenage pregnancy, bullying, reporting cases of abuse and alcohol abuse. Alcohol and substance abuse is one of the main drivers that often fuel domestic violence and child abuse. Officers engaged with the community on alcohol abuse, giving advice on where members of the community can get help for such addiction.
The EMPD will continue to roll out these awareness campaigns, to curb the number of violence against women and children this festive season.

DAVEYTON_ On Thursday 02 November 2023 at 12h00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, recovered a reported hijacked/robbed Light Delivery Vehicle (LDV), in the Daveyton area.
Whist Officers were patrolling the streets of Crystal Park, they received information from a well-known vehicle tracking company that, there is a robbed white Isuzu LDV single cab, roaming the streets of Daveyton. The abandoned bakkie, reported in the Orange Farm area, was located at the corner of Heald and Matthewson, by the shopping centre.
All the necessary stakeholders, were summoned and the LDV, was taken for safe keeping at the Aeroton police yard.
TWO SUSPECTS NABBED FOR POSSESSION AND DEALING IN NARCOTICS PLUS, HAVING A DANGEROUS WEAPON - AT THE KWA-THEMA AREA.
KWA-THEMA_ On Wednesday 01 November 2023 from 11:20, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Community Liaison Unit (CLU) Officers, arrested two (2) male suspects who are 26 and 46-years of age and narcotics were seized, in the Kwa-Thema area.
Acting on a tip-off from concerned members of the community, about an illegal hawker, selling dagga to members of the community, EMPD Officers responded and as the 26-year-old noticed that Officers are a step closer to him, he tried to run and was cornered. He was body searched, including at his house. Officers uncovered 26x ziplocks of dagga in his trouser pocket and bags full of ma*****na, in his house, before he was handcuffed and taken to the police station.
Furthermore, Officers raided a house, believed to be used for selling illicit substances. A 46-year-old male occupant found on site, was handcuffed after Officers uncovered 38x small pieces of Rocks, 6x ziplock of crystal m**h and a homemade knife, before he was taken to the Kwa-Thema police station.
The two detained suspects, facing charges of possession and possible dealing in illicit substance, with that of ‘possession of a dangerous weapon’ are expected to appear, at the relevant Magistrate’s Court soon.
