To all my clients and friends of Sustainable Health, thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding during this “bump in the road”. I want to apologise for not being available to do your drips in the past few days.

For those who didn’t know, I was rushed to trauma on Friday 12 January and underwent a C5/C6 fusion surgery and am recovering well. Thank you to everyone who sent messages and gifts of appreciation.

In the interim I have arranged for a good nurse friend, Hestie, to assist me in the evenings after 4.30pm until the 1st of February when I will be “back in action”. I will be present to make sure you get the same service you are accustomed to. This arrangement will start this Wednesday.
