In 2022, I embarked on my rebounding journey. Everything changed when I discovered rebounding. This form of training completely shifted my perspective on health and fitness, and I never looked back. Rebounding became the sole focus of my workouts, and I have never felt stronger, fitter, and more conditioned in my body. But it's not just the physical transformation that matters to me; it's what rebounding has done for my mind, spirit, and confidence.

The profound impact rebounding had on my life inspired me to take it a step further. I decided to pursue my instructor's course and become an official instructor. This journey pushed me to new limits, challenging me on every level — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on someone incredibly special to me—my amazing daughter. She’s not just my biggest cheerleader, she’s also my source of inspiration every single day.

Running a rebounding fitness studio and being an entrepreneur is a journey filled with ups and downs, but having her by my side makes it all worthwhile. From helping me set up for classes to motivating me to push harder, her support is unwavering. ❤️
