P for Protection of the joint or muscle
R for Rest, rest the area affected
I for Ice, apply ice on the area affected for 15 to 20 minutes
C for Compression, use the bandage
E for Elevation of the leg or arm

1. Reach at a comfortable height
2. Keep heavy objects at waist level
3. Stand on a sturdy object

Take care of your busy body. Adopt a correct lifting techniques by keeping your back straight at all times when lifting heavy or light object. Bend your knees and hips instead for your leg muscles are stronger than your back muscles.
Please do not sleep on your stomach to avoid back pains. Sleeping on the tummy is prohibited
