Ocean Air Media
From Aviation brand campaigns in Africa to generating leads and exposure for the international Superyacht Industry. Anyone is within reach!
Our work takes us to the most beautiful corners of the earth, but Alaska was something different, Alaska was awe-inspiring.
Thank you for having us... we can’t wait to come again!
This shoot took place in St Maarten near an airport, which meant that we had to get special permission to fly our drones and were only allowed to fly in designated areas.
The drone permission also only lasts 24 hours at a time and after that, you need to resubmit a request.
The anchorage MY Lady Beth chose meant that almost the entire yacht was in the clear except the swim platform... which ended up in the red zone.
With a max speed of 40kn, the DC56 Cabin by was built for afternoon cruises along the coastline.
Our team got to snap a few shots of her in action and on her way to her new owners!
Hey you beautiful people!

There’s just something about the shoot that feels like the photos belong in a coffee table book.
There is a lot to be said about the work that goes into capturing silent beauty like this, but instead of telling you about it, we’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves.
We’re back in Greece, and thought it would be the perfect time to do a throwback post to the lovely !
With one day to shoot, one model to work with, two Ocean Air Media crew members to capture everything and a fully dedicated yacht crew onboard, we needed to work like a perfectly timed symphony to capture MY Bliss in a way that did her justice.
Here’s a sneak peek into an upcoming project!
In 2023 we had the honour of stepping aboard the one and only , at the Monaco Yacht Show.
Little did we know that less than ten months later we would win the contract to be the media house that get to capture this beauty for !
We can’t wait to show you all the wonders hidden in her design.
Ocean Air Media is proud to announce another year of partnership with Damen Yachting.
Over the last 3 years, Ocean Air Media has documented various boat shows, yacht launches, media campaign edits, and craftsmanship shoots for
and .
We are proud to continue a treasured relationship with many exciting campaigns ahead this season.
Charter shoots can be challenging in that we only have a couple of days to capture the full experience a guest would have aboard.
was no exception. There’s a reason she’s so well known in the industry, and it feels like the experiences available MY Loon are almost limitless.
We are ecstatic to announce a media management partnership with !
With a location as beautiful as Alaska and an industry as exhilarating as aviation, you’ve almost made our job too easy.
we can’t wait to turn moments into media for you.
We’re taking to the skies, and we can’t wait to show you what we find out there.
Ocean Air Media has spent the past three years building our reputation in the yachting industry.
While we look forward to shooting many more yachts, 2024 is the year we’re putting the Air in Ocean Air Media.
The question on everyone's mind is why call such a beautiful yacht “Moskito”?
This beautiful motor yacht is named after a place... Moskito Island is an island off the coast of Virgin Gorda and is a mesmerising tropical paradise. The island is owned by none other than Sir Richard Branson.
With six models on board, we sure had our hands full!
Coordinating a shoot like this can become complicated, but all of our worries washed away as a pod of dolphins emerged out of the Bali blues.
These are the moments we cherish!
More than just a shoot, MY Kassandra was an experience!
We accompanied a group of IYC VIPs for a three day charter designed to give the guests the full Kassandra charter experience.
We had the time of our lives aboard this classic beauty!
The sea was quite bumpy just offshore and so we had to hide in the bow of the two Wajers () while flying the drone to chase the two boats.
The bump in the bow is always the worst and so Moritz had to hold me () down while flying the drone otherwise I would end up lifting off the bed and hitting my head on the roof.
We needed to do what we needed to do to get the shot.
To shoot MY Tirea we had to travel just over an hour to reach their stunning anchorage. This meant a very early start to a jam-packed day.
As soon as we arrived the crew were enthusiastic to jump in and help wherever they could.
We still shiver thinking about that freezing tender ride back that night!
Fast and furious would be the best way to describe this shoot. In a single day, we shot the entire interior and exterior, did running shots, and model shots and filmed a YouTube walk-through!
This YouTube walk-through had the added challenge of the crew not speaking English as their first language, meaning we needed to shoot a few retakes.
we had a blast and your crew were awesome!
What an appropriate name for this behemoth! While technically is a power catamaran, the two hulls on this vessel are the only things that are typical about this yacht.
From an asymmetrical floor plan to unique building materials, threw away the playbook when it came to designing This Is It. Only a brilliant mind can break the mould and introduce something new into the world.
Walking through the yacht feels almost extra-terrestrial and wherever your eyes land you are met with an architectural surprise, it was hard for us to pick our jaws up off the floor after being embraced into the heart of this titan.
There are so many epic stories that we could share from this shoot; from being invited to the captain's daughter's birthday and watching fireworks from the boat to sunset cruises in the tender.
The MY Erolia shoot also provided us with the fun opportunity to work with kids. Our approach would be to simply let them play around and we would capture their candid moments.
Seeing these kids have the time of their lives on a yacht in Croatia, was a memory that we won't soon forget!
Being a 89m superyacht comes with a lot of perks, one of which is an abundance of space! Space to walk, space to move and space to live. This was something that really stood out to us on the shoot for Here Comes The Sun.
When shooting the interiors of yachts, we usually have to get very creative in the way we manoeuvre ourselves into tight spaces to get that perfect shot. From climbing into cupboards to hiding in baths, we’re camera contortionists.
But on Here Comes The Sun, it was a breath of fresh air to have all the space we could possibly need.
once again, you have outdone yourselves!
For those who are not in the know, is one of the few yachts in the industry that prioritise media creation and all their hard work is paying off, big time!
We came on board for two days and had the nearly impossible task of capturing enough footage for three YouTube episodes and a charter video. We don’t know how we would’ve done it without the full support and understanding of a media-focused crew. Everyone understood the assignment and played their part in pulling all of the pieces together.
We would like to give a big shout-out to the mastermind behind MY Loon’s content , you’re an absolute legend!
Departing from Athens we knew that we had our work cut out for us, with only one day to capture the majesty of .
Generally, we work with Motor Yachts, so it was a welcomed challenge to contemplate how we would display each gorgeous detail of this Sailing Yacht while highlighting the exhilarating experience that sailing offers.
One of our highlights for this trip was getting to stay overnight on Almyra on anchor!
What an incredible feat of engineering getting a 60 meter yacht from the shipyard to the water.
A big thank you to for inviting us to capture the launch of 6004!
The Amels team are a well-oiled machine, each member playing their part in making light work of this mammoth task.
When we come onboard to shoot, we are stepping into someone else’s work environment and it can get complicated for the crew to navigate what level of involvement they need to have in the shoot.
We had no models for the shoot and this incredible crew rose to the occasion and put on one hell of a show for us.
From the stews making designer cocktails to the deckhands taking all the toys out for a spin… the crew were all hands on deck for this shoot.
One of the main characters was the yacht’s chef, who pulled out all the stops, resulting in some stunning media!
Have you ever been to Bali? This was our first time and we cannot wait to go back!
We were so excited to shoot MY Galileo G, we had the perfect location plotted... however the weather had other plans, so we had to be quick on our feet and roll with the punches.
Even though we didn’t get to anchor where we’d hoped, we are still super stoked about how the shoot turned out!
There is so much to be said about the shoot for MY Samira but we would like to hone in on a key element of our shoots… models!
At Ocean Air Media, we’re in the business of “selling the dream” and models play a huge role in creating those perfect lifestyle shots.
As important as they are, models also add an extra layer of complexity. We need to curate chemistry between people who are often strangers to each other and us. But on this particular shoot, we had models who had instant chemistry, which allowed us to capture something beautiful!
