Congratulations to the 5 a side soccer team that participated on 16 June 2023 at the stanger manor ground. It was a youth day celebration. Shakaland technical college was the only team to have a female student playing amongst the giants. We did extremely well by winning the first round and progressing to the next where we lost by 2 goals to one.

These are Shakaland technical college N1 students who excelled in their hand tools project which was conducted by Mr G. NAICKER. They received certificates and T shirts at an awards ceremony held on Thursday 20 April, 2023. The function was well attended by parents and guardians. Really a proud moment for our students. WELL DONE. KEEP CLIMBING THE LADDER OF SUCCESS.

Shakaland technical college has new and exciting news. A certain company wants to sponsor 14 students to Study engineering from N1 at S.T. C. Conditions are 9 has to be male/ female blacks and 5 must be male/ female coloured students. Please note, this is not the rule set by the college but by the sponsor. Students will be screened. Must produce ID, latest academic result and area of residence. Closing date: Thursday 2 Feb 2023, 14.00. Please share. Thank you.

Registration for trimester one of 2023 for Engineering closes on 1 February 2023. So hurry students can now do their practical at our NEW TECHNICAL CENTER. Students will now be better equipped with theory and practical to enter the job market. Hurry hurry hurry before the department phases out the nated programmes from N1 to N3.

Exciting great news. Shakaland technical college now offers practical work at their NEW TRAINING CENTER. Students will now be more equipped to enter the job market, with theory and practical. Registration for Engineering trimester 1 of 2023 closes on 1 February 2023. Also the department intends to phase out the nated programmes from N1 to N3 soon. So why lose out, register NOW at SHANKLAND TECHNICAL COLLEGE.

• Remark/recheck for NATED Engineering and Business studies – closing date: 1 February 2023.
• Closing date for Engineering registration for T1, including rewrites: 1 February 2023

• Closing date for Business Studies registration for S1, including rewrites: 1 March 2023

Fee for 2023:
R81 per subject for remark.
R14,50 per subject for recheck.
R400 per subject for rewrites
