God is the creator and sustainer of all things, both in heaven and on earth. All power and wisdom is in Him alone.

Historical Context
This text narrates a time after the children of Israel returned to Jerusalem from exile. They were listening to the law being read, were overcome with condemnation, and were weeping.
However, Governor Nehemiah and the priest Ezra encouraged the people not to weep for "the Joy of the Lord is their strength." Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks and share with others!!.
Present Context

Background
This phrase "be still" is actually derived from the Hebrew word rapha which means “to be weak, to let go, to release.” Essentially, it means surrender. In combination with

Now that we know Obedience - submitting to the will of God and trust God. Why & How we obey God's will & plan. Let us discuss three stumbling blocks in our walk of obedience in Christ:
1. Pride - puffed up; exaggerated self worth
2. Sin - Rebellion or Disobedience
3. Time - abuse of time or not redeeming it
Firstly, Let us discuss Pride (both Theology & Psychology of)

Definition: is an adjective. thinking too highly of oneself; conceited, arrogant, or overconfident

Historical Context
Jesus is teaching about the prideful nature of Pharisees - teachers of the law (Mosaic) who abuse their authority want to praised above God and overburden God's people (Mathew 23:1-12*-37). There are here today...Lord show us a sign. (In the voice of Malema 🤣🤣🤣).
Hence Christ saying in Mathew 23:9 do not call any of these "Rabi or Lord". Jesus does not forbade the use of term "Father or Teacher or Mentor" in all circumstances just in the case of self pride.
