SAMPRA, have laid criminal charges against restaurant group Life and Brand Portfolio and its directors over unpaid royalties. The group owns restaurant chains La Parada, Tiger’s Milk, Grand Africa, Old Town Italy, Harbour House, Live Bait, and Lucky Fish and Chips.

Mr. Pfanani Lishivha, our CEO, and our CMO, Ms. Tiyani Maluleke will be doing radio interviews with the following stations today to discuss the issue. The interviews are scheduled as follows:
