🌱 Empowering Survivors with Food Gardens 🌱
A heartfelt thank you to Nexia SAB&T Foundation for their generous donation of R10,000! 🙏
With your support, we are launching food gardens at the homes of GBV survivors, helping them grow and sustain their own crops.
This initiative will address food and income insecurity, empowering women to reclaim their independence and reduce the factors that contribute to gender-based violence.
Together, we are planting seeds of hope and resilience! 🌿💚

This Heritage Month, GRIP celebrates the strength and diversity of our nation!
We honour our roots and come together to create a safer, more supportive community for everyone.
By embracing our shared heritage, we can stand united against gender-based violence and build a future where every woman and child is safe, valued, and empowered.
💜 Today is International Gynaecological Awareness Day 💜
At GRIP, we stand for the health, rights, and dignity of all women. Gynaecological health is essential for every woman's well-being, and it's important to create a space where women feel empowered to take charge of their health.
Break the silence around gynaecological issues, remove stigma, and support those who face these challenges.
You matter.
Your health matters.
Talk openly,
Support one another, and
Ensure access to care for all women.
GRIP is proud to be part of this initiative.

GRIP is looking for recommendations and quotations for advanced sewing courses in Nelspruit.

We need about 3 different quotations please. 💜
Is there any body besides Lowveld Sewing Academy that offers advanced sewing classes? We need a few quotations.

Networking is crucial for the business community because it fosters connections that can lead to new opportunities, collaborations, and the sharing of valuable insights. It helps build a support system, increases visibility, and can open doors to potential clients and partners.
Thank you to Buy Local for the opportunity.

** VIOLENCE AT HOME SIGNAL FOR HELP **
The signal is performed by holding your hand up with your thumb tucked into your palm, then folding your fingers down, symbolically trapping your thumb in your fingers. It was intentionally designed as a single continuous hand movement, rather than a sign held in one position, that could be made easily visible.
