TSHIAMO AND EMILIA AT DANCE FUSION

Tshiamo Mlangeni and Emilia Gadinger participated at the Dance Fusion, South Africa competition over the past weekend.

Tshiamo and Emilia both received a silver medal for their Lyrical Ballet dances.

Zoey Grove has been selected to represent Middelburg Primary School at the International Science Fair to be held in Birchwood, Johannesburg from 23 to 27 September 2024.

ELLIA AT DANCE FUSION

Ellia Davis participated at the Dance Fusion, South Africa competition over the past weekend.

She received a 93% Platinum award, which placed her in first position for the contemporary dance section in her age group.

Ellia also achieved a gold award of 83% for the ballet repertoire section; also placing first for her age group.

ORATOR'S EVENING

A handful of talented grade 4 to 7 learners participated in our annual Orator's Evening on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.
The theme for the event was "Once up- online!", celebrating the classic fairytale characters as modern day online users.

The orators also made us aware of certain "dangers" that these online platforms might hide amongst its obvious advantages!

MPS is very proud of our learners and celebrate the following winners:

MPUMALANGA TOP 12 HOCKEY

Middelburg Primary School's U12 and U13 hockey boys participated in the Mpumalanga Top 12 playoffs in Witbank this past Friday and Saturday. Both teams experienced a mix of victories and defeats, ultimately securing 4th place in their respective age groups. This is an outstanding achievement, and MPS is incredibly proud of the effort and success these teams brought to the field this season.
