The bail application for Shaun Naicker the boy friend who took the life of Jackie Naidoo is today Thursday the 19 May 2022. We are asking each of you to please share and to mobilise in nos for a placard demo outside Verulam court to oppose the bail. Last year he beat her up almost killing her he managed to kill her a year later. This is GENDER BASE VIOLENCE he's not fit to be around females. WE WANT JUSTICE FOR HER👊The president said GBV has progressed from genocide to femicide and perpetrators will be dealt with in the harshest way. Let her death send out a stern message to other perpetrators the law will not accept this behavior nor will we as a community or us as woman👊 LET OUR VOICES BE HEARD NO BAIL HE MUST ROT IN JAIL😠👊

Hello Kros family and friends!
October 2020 The Kros Foundation (NPC) was founded by 4 of us.
Our first drive was a food drive for the residents of Laudium in Johannesburg in December 2020. We managed to raise enough funds to distribute 50 food hampers to 50 families in this area. 2 families in particular caught our attention and we decided to raise funds to help each of these households improve their standard of living. In house 1- Aunty S’s house, there are 4 children between the ages of 4 and 11. Drug users and loiterers were using her yard as a short cut. We were concerned for their safety, so after 12 long months we raised enough to finally put up the fence. We received a donation of paint to give the house a facelift. The paint will cover the inside and outside of the house. For those who have donated in cash and items, this post is for you. We thank you, all of you have wanted to remain anonymous, and we respect that. Here is a before and after of the property Aunty S and her grandchildren. Also pictured is one of the Directors- Roja Naidoo with her son. We don’t want to share the faces of Aunty S and her grandchildren, to preserve their identity and privacy. We are so sad, in 3 months it will be 1 year since we visited this family and failed to fulfil a promise that we made. We were meant to erect a fence to keep Nyaope users out of this property because there are little children living here who play in this yard, which Nyaope users cross through because local council has failed them. We raised R4000 and are R11 000 short.

We have 2 options at this point.
1. Call the whole thing off and return collected funds to donors.
2. Continue to fund raise.

Hi 👋 Kros Family. It's been a minute since we've posted an update on the Love Drive but be assured that there is definitely work going on behind the scenes ☺. We have decided to focus on installing the fence for family 1 - for now - as this is the most immediate concern. Once we have done that, an update will posted so we can get the ball rolling on completing the entire Love Drive initiative 🙏.

Hi everyone, we are so close to the 14th of February 2021 and we have not raised any more than R1000 for this project. We need R14 000 more, we could definitely start with the fencing if we managed to raise another R5000 this weekend...
