Beginning your fitness journey can be daunting. Working out should be thought of in small, easily digestible pieces as opposed to one enormous task.
Here’s how to start working out and stick to it:
💪 Set realistic fitness goals. Start with fifteen minutes of exercise a day and gradually work your way up to an hour.
💪 Find a physical activity you love and do that instead of forcing yourself to do something you hate. Enjoying what you do will make it fun and increase the likelihood that you’ll continue.
💪 Develop good habits. Do little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator, doing calf raises while you sit at work, and making these activities habits you’ll eventually do unconsciously.
