Ek moet net by voeg dat ek so beindruk was met die show. Van die eerste tot die heel laaste line up was die judges regverdig, en het beoordeel volgens criteria. En DIT is wat Elke atleet hoog op prys stel. Die kompetisie het glad verloop, dit was op tyd en al die organiseerders was professioneel, vriendelik en so behulpsaam. Pluimpie Vir julle.

It was a lot tougher than expected but you persevered! Congratulations to Chantelle who was the winner, ending her last day's 30min Burpee challenge with 401 Burpees!
