Patch and re paint of Sonia Theresa flats Mossel Bay

A mould treatment and repaint.

The Van Zyl's bathroom had a water leakage problem. We removed the bath. Did our fault finding. Found the issue. Redid some plumbing, built in a shower and did some tiling.
