Sunday sermon by Bishop Nemavhola
Title: The person of Jesus Christ
*Luke 22: 39-44* Jesus walked this earth three and half years in ministry. He was opposed. Jesus took His disciples to a place they used to go. Judas Iscariot found Him there. He told His disciples to pray that they don't fall in temptations. Jesus withdrew about a stone's throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed. As He was praying He said Father if you are willing take this cup from me, yet not my will but Yours be done. He was referring to the cup of separation from God. The cup of walking in darkness. He request God to take the cup for He was about to embark in a painful journey.
Jesus was carrying you and your pain and continues to pray though He was in pain. He was sorrowful in His soul and heart. He went through pain for your sake. He was brutally beaten and His blood shed all over. Jesus was then forced to carry His own cross taking Him to His death. He endured pain so that the sacrifice can be accomplished and you can be free. Jesus died in order for you to be saved. Jesus said he who believes in me will live even though he die and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Don't give up in life when Jesus endured pain for your sake on the cross.
Father's House don't forget that when your enemy torment you he is tormenting Jesus. Call Him and He will answer you for the battle is not yours, Christ said the battle is His. Whatever that you are facing and seems to be impossible in your life take it to the cross. Allow God to fight for you.

The Father’s House Ministry was founded by Pastor Lufuno Nemavhola on the 18th July 2011 at Tshilamba village just outside of Thohoyandou in Limpopo.
The mission of The Father’s House Ministry is Deliverance! and as bestowed upon the anointed man of God, Pastor Lufuno Nemavhola, by the Holy Spirit, it is championed by one of the four living creatures as named and described in Revelations 4:6-8: The Lion Spirit.
The Father’s House Ministry has taken up the challenge to fearlessly hunt and deliver lost, tormented and afflicted souls; with the power of the Spirit of the Lion of Judah, He not only deliver lost souls, but destroys the evil dark spirits, powers and principalities responsible.
Through dedicated and anointed focus, the ministry continues to delve into the depths of existence to achieve God’s purpose for his most prized creation: Man. The spirit of the Lion (Lion of the tribe of Judah) embodies the might of God. The Lion of Judah is fearlessly seeking, delivering, defending and protecting lost, tormented and afflicted souls.
Fearless
The Lion is Fearless: In the realm of deliverance, the man of God must be fearless like a lion. The spirits that people are delivered from are not mere mortals, but powerful, fearless spirits that can only be faced by a fearless heart.
Seek
The Lion is a Hunter: The man of God must seek and find the lost souls to be delivered. He must be as vigilant and stealthy as a hunting lion to reach beyond the limits of mortals.
Deliver
The Lion is a Deliverer: Through the anointing of the Holy Spirit, identified lost souls are being delivered everyday in the ministry. The souls of God’s creation are being reclaimed for God’s kingdom.
Defend
The Lion is a Defender: By the Spirit of God through the Spirit of the Lion of Judah, God’s children are defended against attacks from the devil and his evil agents and spirits.
Protect
The Lion is a Protector: Once delivered, a soul must be protected from the devil. And who better to protect a delivered soul than the Lion of Judah with the Spirit of God!
Destroy
The Lion is a Destroyer: When souls are delivered, the spirits that had bound them, tormented them and controlled them must be destroyed to break their hold over the delivered soul. The Lion of Judah is the destroyer of all that is unholy.
