Beauty and the beach.

From the darkness of your struggles, just stepping towards the light, can illuminate the shape of your beauty. When it is so dark in that cave, and your torch, your inner light, has died, just keep walking. If you remain stationary there it will stay forever dark and you will surely perish. Walk. Do. Search. Believe. Every cave that you enter has an opening through which you can exit and with the exit you will see the light, you'll find the warmth and the safety and the beauty of freedom itself.

Thank you East London. There's always a special place in my heart for this part of the country.

Nahoon reef relief. It was lovely arriving here and meeting a lovely group of predominantly older ladies who were doing such a vital beach clean-up. Again another reflection of the beauty of our country and its people.

Shine loves the dunes. The bigger the better. Sitting in her beautiful uppie-puppy position. This girl truly was born to Shine. I don't know how she is already 9. I want her to stay young forever. I guess that I want myself to stay young forever too. I often forget my age. I'm still so young, youthful and playful in my mind. This clock keeps ticking and it literally takes a second and it is at the next position. Just make the most of these seconds that we are allocated. I'm sure that I could easily live until over 100, but even so, it is so short. I have many lifetimes of places that I want to visit and things that I want to write, do and experience.

Another beautiful walk on the beach at Blue Bend after a super morning at both Merrifield and Redwood. After a solid gym session, for me, the dogs are loving the beaches in the Eastern Cape.

An enjoyable walk on the beach with lovely weather in the Eastern Cape. Sadly we only had one tiny show today. I'm hoping that somehow I can pick up a few more shows while in this beautiful part of the country.
