Elohim Education Centre
Providing educational support to learners.
We pride ourselves in providing a structured, yet supportive and caring environment where learners are comfortable and excel on an academic, spiritual and emotional level.
First day of Spring in the tutoring rooms! The Summer sun poked it's head out today along with all the flowers and plenty of smiles for the new season.
Spring is a time of renewal and growth, and at Elohim, we embrace this season with open hearts and minds. Just as the flowers bloom, we nurture our learners to blossom in their academic, emotional and spiritual journeys heading towards the end of the year.
Coffee βοΈ: Supporting learning since it was first discovered π
For those of faith, spring serves as a beautiful reminder of God's renewal. Jesus promised that one day everything will be made new (Revelation 21:5).
Until that day comes, spring offers us a glimpse of the new life that lies ahead.
We offer ALL the support you need to make this happen for your family from guidance through the transition, curriculum support and all the extra attention your child so needs.
We partner with parents to provide a supportive and structured environment for children that perhaps was missing in a traditional school environment. With us, you'll always have peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands.
We believe small group interaction is key to unlocking each child's potential. At Elohim, we ensure every child is given the support they need to succeed.

What we learn shapes our lives, choosing how and what to learn is what we become.

5 ways to support your child's learning at home:
1. Schedule a specific time of day, each day for homework.
2. Keep it to 30 minutes at a time, with breaks in-between if they need it.
3. Before dinner is best, so their brain has time to calm down before bed time.
4. Integrate learning and projects with daily tasks. If they have projects about ancient Egypt, make it an activity for the whole family to learn.
5. Communicate with the tutors or teachers, to see where the gaps in learning are.
At Elohim, our dedicated tutors are passionate about guiding your child towards success.
Meet tutor Samantha Riffel-Fortuin, our Hospitality Studies expert, bringing real-world experience into the classroom.

Library loading>>> In March we decided to start a "little bookshelf" project for the kids, so many of them love to read during break time and at home. We had such an amazing response to our plea for pre-loved books and DVD's that we're needing to implement an actual filing system.
