World Trauma Day held at Kwadukuza Private Hospital 🥳

Orthoworx joined in on the fun to discuss any prosthetic or orthotics devices that are available for various types of injuries.

We specialise in the following :


1. We provide bracing to help patients with mobility of joints or to stabilize joints depending on the injury or disease such as arthritis.

2. We do Compression stockings and sleeves for many runners and people that have circulation disorders such has Varicose veins, Cellulitis, Swelling ,DVT and pain

3. We take a Holistic approach towards patients and offer them advice regarding bracing and orthotics to prevent further damage of the joint or muscle.

4. We treat a wide range of deformities such as Cerebral palsy or anything leading to Paralysis,If there is a unique case and requires a unique brace, We have the expertise to make custom braces from scratch such as AFOs or prosthetic legs.

5.We provide free assessment for Amputee patients, as we understand that having an artificial limb can be difficult in the beginning and requires constant attention.

We have a team of highly qualified orthotists that are friendly and able to do home visits if required.

Incorrect fitted garments can be harmful to a person and cause a focal increase in swelling, therefore it's not recommended to purchase compression garments without getting advice or being correctly measured by your Medical practitioner. CANCER SURVIVORS DAY
Sunday the 6th of June is Cancer Survivors Day and we are inviting all our Cupcake Angels to celebrate your cancer Heroes in June by hosting an awareness and fundraiser in their honour.
With this event we want to give HOPE to the newly diagnosed, SUPPORT those who are currently on treatment and CELEBRATE those who have beaten cancer.
Help us create awareness AND raise funds for Children with Cancer by following these steps:

Orthotics and Prosthetic Awareness day at Kwa Dukuza Child Welfare :p

Orthoworx had an awareness day to provide information on caring for your body using prosthetic and orthotic aids. It was a successful event. Our orthotists spoke to many members of the community and received a lot of positive feedback. The Orthoworx practice in Stanger is now open and doing a brisk business. Many doctors are pleased to be able to refer patients to an orthotist that is practising in Kwa Dukuza
