Coda Unibrot is a biostimulant composed of enzymatic amino acids of plant origin and nutrients, such as easily assimilated calcium, whose synergistic action concentrates, standardizes and boosts the development of vegetative and reproductive buds in woody plants, leading to more uniform and concentrated fruit growth and an increased yield.

It also stimulates deciduous fruit trees, bringing them out of dormancy, and reduces apical dominance, providing a nutritional advantage to buds that would not have sprouted naturally.

El Niño is currently a very real reality, with the SA Weather Service forecasting higher temperatures and below-normal rainfall for most of the country in the coming months. We remind growers that within our range of Coda biostimulants are products specifically developed to ensure crops adapt to the effects of such conditions, whether climate change or weather related. Such solutions include osmoplant, sthenos and codasil.

osmoplant is a biostimulant composed of specific, osmoprotectant amino acids, potassium and other compounds that regulate cellular water and osmotic balance. It improves the plant’s tolerance mechanisms against limited water resources, providing a more effective stress response, increasing the plant’s photosynthetic activity, and boosting crop production and quality. It is often used in conjunction with sthenos and codasil.

sthenos is often applied proactively when high temperatures and/or UV is expected - it is a novel solar protector and antioxidant developed to protect fruit from sun exposure. Its lfb complex provides triple fruit protection: screen, filter, and antioxidants: reducing oxidative damage and lowing the surface temperature of fruit thereby reducing the risk of production losses or a drop in harvest or post-harvest quality due to over-exposure to the sun. sthenos does not leave marks that require cleaning and does not generate residues.

codasil is a biostimulant that considerably enhances plant growth under water stress conditions.
