We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at The Wykeham Collegiate! Your daughter can now qualify as a Professional Chef with an internationally accredited Level 3 Diploma. This unique offering, run in conjunction with Midlands Hospitality Academy, is accredited by Highfield Academy in the UK. Enrolled pupils will explore their culinary talents and passions while fully integrating into daily school activities and engaging in various aspects of school life. It’s the perfect blend of professional development and a rich educational experience!

Prospective Grade 10 pupils for 2025 and their parents are invited to join our Lady Principal, Sue Tasker, at our Information Evening to learn more about this new and exciting educational offering. Please join us in The Wykeham Collegiate Library on 14 August from 17:00 to 19:00.

One of the best parts about pot stickers is their versatility. You can steam them, boil them, or fry them to achieve different textures and flavours. When pan-fried, they develop a crispy bottom while maintaining a tender, juicy interior—perfect for dipping into a tangy soy-based sauce or a spicy chili oil.
