Our Story
VUKA Fitness started as an outdoor bootcamp in 2015 and now proudly umbrella’s a private fitness studio, an online training platform and outdoor bootcamps.
Owner, Bianca Westhorpe-Pottw, setout with a simple bootcamp plan and realized fitness is an incredible tool that ignites a certain flame in the soul. So the name 'VUKA', (to awaken) evolved. This moment of awakening is deemed ‘the VUKA moment’. The moment you start to believe in yourself and start achieving small daily (once impossible) victories. A simple push-up is an enormous (life-changing) achievement to many! Bianca works closely with the VUKA Trainers to establish and teach this mantra.
This soul-fire empowers and recharges a person to tackle life with a reborn confidence. How could it ever just be about fitness or weightloss?
The programs are class and community based, private but social. We have created a family orientated environment - where encouragement flows.
